How the weekly waiver run goes
The pool is your league's, not the internet's
The assistant browses the players you can actually add in one league, free agents plus waivers, ordered by that provider's own best-available rank. Platform-wide trending adds are a separate Sleeper-wide list that is not availability-aware, so it never stands in for your pool.
Your roster gap sets the order
It reads your roster, starting slots and scoring first, so the shortlist is ranked by the hole it fills rather than by a national ranking. Ask for one add per gap and the drop you would make for it.
Budget only where the provider returns it
Sleeper reports the waiver system as FAAB, rolling or reverse standings, plus each team's remaining budget and waiver position. ESPN reports FAAB and the season budget when the league uses an acquisition budget. Fantrax may return a player salary. Anything a provider does not return stays unknown.
Locked slots are not swap candidates
Rosters come back with a lineup period and a per-player lock state. A starter already locked for this period cannot be replaced in it, so the assistant should plan the alternative for the next eligible period instead.
Deadlines and rival bids stay yours
No tool returns your league's waiver processing time or anyone else's bid. Confirm the deadline in your fantasy app, and treat a suggested bid as reasoning about your own budget, not knowledge of the claim you are up against.

Confirm availability in each league
Suppose Running Back A is available in your Sleeper league but already rostered in your ESPN league. Only the Sleeper team has this waiver option.
Compare the roster need
Your Sleeper team needs an RB this week. Ask the assistant to compare A with your bench replacement and explain the cost of the proposed drop. Supply current news if it cannot research it.
Check the budget before bidding
Suppose the returned FAAB balance is 40 and you are considering a bid of 6. That spends 15% and leaves 34 if successful. The assistant can explain the trade-off but cannot know rival bids or submit the claim.

An available-player list is the starting point for a waiver decision. Your scoring, roster gaps, eligible positions, and the player you would drop change the trade-off.

Exact fields vary by provider and league. Do not treat platform-wide popularity as proof that a player is available in your league, and do not treat an AI bid suggestion as knowledge of another manager's claim.

Does it only show players available in my league?
League Loom reads the available-player pool for your league. Ask the assistant to base suggestions on that returned list, and recheck availability before submitting a claim.
Can it rank adds across multiple leagues at once?

Does it support Fantrax waivers?
Yes. Fantrax is a core differentiator. League Loom reads Fantrax availability for NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL leagues.
Is my league FAAB or waiver priority?
The assistant reads your league's own waiver settings instead of assuming. Sleeper reports FAAB, rolling or reverse standings along with each team's remaining budget and waiver position. ESPN reports FAAB and the season budget when the league uses an acquisition budget. If the provider does not return the field, it is reported as unknown rather than guessed.
When do waivers process in my league?
League Loom does not return a waiver processing day or time for any provider, so the assistant should ask you to confirm the deadline in ESPN, Sleeper or Fantrax rather than state one. The rest of the recommendation, the pool, your roster and your budget, comes from the league itself.
How much FAAB should I bid?
The assistant can do the arithmetic against your returned balance, for example that a bid of 6 out of 40 spends 15% and leaves 34, and weigh that against the gap the player fills. It cannot see what a rival is bidding, so treat the number as a budget argument, not a winning bid.
Will it warn me if a suggested pickup is injured or on a bye?
Ask the assistant to check returned injury and bye information and flag anything missing. Recheck current news before acting; a live league connection does not guarantee a complete or correct recommendation.
Can it factor in a player's contract cost in my Fantrax auction league?
Fantrax may return a listed salary. Supply any missing contract terms, cap rules, waiver pricing, or drop penalties yourself. The assistant should confirm those assumptions before comparing costs.
