Before you start
Custom connectors live under Customize, then Connectors; the older Settings, Connectors path now shows a notice instead of that screen. Your plan or workspace administrator may limit access. League Loom is free, but it does not include a Claude subscription.
Sleeper needs only a username. A public ESPN league needs its league URL, and a private one also needs your espn_s2 and SWID cookies. Fantrax uses the league URL, with an optional Secret ID.
Once the connector is added, Claude's connector menu lists League Loom's built-in prompts: My teams, Weekly rundown, Weekly newsletter, Waiver and free-agent targets, Lineup help and a one-league Power ranking. Pick one instead of typing the request.
Points and category NBA leagues connect from all three platforms, and ESPN also covers WNBA. Start with Lineup help on a crowded game night, and ask Claude to name any per-player stat category the provider did not return before a punt or streaming call.
League Loom reads NHL leagues from ESPN and Fantrax, not Sleeper. Rosters, standings, matchups and available players come back; confirmed goalie starts and full NHL game schedules do not, so have Claude list them as open questions before you stream a goalie.
League Loom reads MLB leagues from ESPN and Fantrax, not Sleeper. Ask Claude for your roster, standings and the best available hitters and pitchers. Fantrax may also return player salaries, and Fantrax matchups need a publicly viewable league.
ESPN, Sleeper and Fantrax NFL leagues all connect, and Sleeper NFL projections can be calculated for a named regular-season week, with coverage limits labeled. The Claude football walkthrough adds five copyable weekly prompts.

Claude needs a connector to read your fantasy leagues, and League Loom is that connector: add it once under Customize, Connectors, choose your supported leagues and confirm which team you manage. One connection can hold basketball, hockey, baseball and football leagues together, up to 25 leagues per platform, so a single Claude chat can weigh them side by side.
League Loom supplies the data each provider returns and Claude interprets it, so ask Claude to name missing fields and cite outside news separately. No current tool submits a lineup change, trade or waiver claim.

Open Settings, then Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add, then Add custom connector. Name it League Loom, paste https://leagueloom.com/mcp as the Remote MCP server URL and click Add; nothing under Advanced settings needs changing. Approve the sign-in, then pick your leagues.
